Welcome!

You’ve found a safe place to navigate your way back to a healthy flow state using clinical EFT. I’m Jane and I’m so happy to be your guide.

What do I mean by Flow State?

Being in flow is to be in a state of being that is easy, grounded and calm. It’s when you feel a sense of self that’s aligned with compassionate awareness. Flow is feeling softness in your body that’s actually full of strength and an easy breath.

In relation to our nervous system, it is when we are feeling safe, able to connect and regulated. Using clinical EFT/Tapping will peacefully bring about this change for you.

What is EFT?

EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) or Tapping combines elements of modern psychology (including exposure therapy and cognitive therapy) with somatic stimulation (tapping on acupressure points) that you may like to think of as needle-less acupuncture! We tap on meridian points on the hands, face and upper body whilst focusing on uncomfortable feelings or thoughts and allowing them to release.

EFT/Tapping is not talk therapy. Whilst we will talk as we work towards your goals together, we’ll primarily be tapping to process emotional responses in the body.

Tapping engages with the stress centre of the brain and essentially allows the stress response to reduce, whilst the cognitive (thinking) part of the brain comes back online. So, you’ll have more clarity about the issue or problem and feel less driven by your emotional response; thus experiencing your flow state.

“Helping people connect to themselves and each other; through being in the flow.”

Safe & Gentle Proven Practises

EFT is not talk therapy. Yes, we will discuss some things together, but you won’t have to relive all the gory details of your past. As a trauma informed practitioner, I am always looking to reduce any re-traumatisation. I’m not going to throw you off the deep end straight into your most uncomfortable memories. We’re going to move at a pace that suits your nervous system. This is what safe therapy looks like.

Does EFT sound like something that may help you?

If you’ve tried everything else. If you’re ready for change. If you’re sick of feeling sick, then I’m more than happy to discuss how EFT works and how I practice. There is no obligation whatsoever to just reach out and see if this feels like a good fit for you. When you’re ready, I’ll be here.
